Meet sweet little Benjamin Alexander… or BASH, as he is affectionately called by his mama. I have been looking forward to photographing him since our maternity session in February. This little fella didn’t care how anxious anyone was to meet him… he hung in there a week past his due date.

During one of his feeding breaks, his dad and I talked about the instantaneous head-over-heels love that you feel when you first meet your baby. If you have children, you know exactly what that’s about. Those first days at home with a new baby are such a precious time… and I am blessed to be invited in to witness it.
